• New Resident Portal

    Please note that we will be transitioning to a new IT system in early May. As part of this, if you use the online account service, this will be out of use from 30th April until the 21st May when the new portal will be available.  Details on how to set up your new account will be detailed on the website from the 21st of May 2025. 

    We also advise that notification of repair texts will also be impacted, and we would appreciate your patience whilst we reinstate this service as soon as possible.  This change will bring improvement to the services we provide but ask for your patience in the early weeks whilst the transition takes place.

  • In memory of Brian Ellis (1948-2025)

    We are deeply saddened to advise that Brian Ellis, Vice Chair of FGCH Board passed away peacefully on Wednesday surrounded by his closest family. Brian’s health deteriorated considerably since the turn of the year.  Brian was the last Chair of Welwyn Garden City HA and played a key part in the amalgamation with Howard Cottage that led to the creation of FGCH. He became our Vice Chair in March 2020 and was also Chair of Development and Finance Committee until 2024.

    Our thoughts and best wishes are with his family at this time.
