Our latest Financial Statements 23 / 24 cover the financial year ending 31 March 2024.  They are published annually and summarise the previous financial year by focussing on our performance and how we achieved Value for Money (VFM) when delivering housing services and developing new homes.

We work in line with value for money guidance from the Regulator of Social Housing to measure our performance and we report this information in a clear and accessible way in our publications and on our website.
