Neighbourhood Visits

The visits will look at things such as:

Potential health and safety issues in our neighbourhoods
Repairs in communal areas and to individual property exteriors
Abandoned or illegally parked vehicles
Graffiti, vandalism, litter, inappropriate use of bin stores and fly-tipping
The quality of grounds maintenance, cleaning, and other estate services
Any potential tenancy breaches, e.g. unmaintained gardens

Estate visits will recommence in March 2025.

Dates and locations will be posted here in the New Year.

A summary of the work we completed as a result of our neighbourhood visits will be published in the New Year.
