Sheltered, supported and extra care housing
We are particularly proud of our sheltered, supported and extra care housing for people who are 55 years or older, or who live with a disability, including those with learning disabilities, or people who may feel socially isolated.
All our sheltered housing and extra care housing schemes have a Scheme Manager whose primary role is to ensure that all the residents receive the help and support they may need to live happy and independent lives.

The scheme has 14 one-bed bungalows, 22 two-bed flats, 2 shared ownership two-bed bungalows, as well as 3 studio flats. Because of its rural location and the original justification for its development, we are only able to consider applicants who live within Cuffley or Northaw.
