We are seeking a Resident Experience Officer to join the Resident Experience Team in this new role. The successful candidate will be managing resident complaints as well as the administration and evidencing of all complaints processes. A strong ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders will be essential as the role will entail liaising with the residents, Board members and key members of staff.
