Our Corporate Strategy

In 2022, we signed off our first five-year corporate strategy 

Our  corporate strategy is an ambitious programme that builds on the progress we’ve made since our formation in March 2020 and sets out what we aim to achieve by 2027.

We embark on the plan from a position of strength, having achieved the highest-possible rating from the Regulator of Social Housing’s in-depth assessment. We have a skilled, experienced Board and a strong leadership team supported by dedicated staff.  We are financially strong and have funding in place to support the plan’s commitments.
