We are carrying out a large-scale resident satisfaction survey this month to understand how residents are feeling about the services we provide. The survey is being carried out by MEL Research LTD on our behalf.
MEL Research are inviting around 580 residents to take part either online or by telephone and if you are contacted we very much hope you will take part. The survey is anonymous.
